So just to give you an example of what would be a product. Spotify is half way between service and product.
What would make it further closer to a product would be (my suggestion):
1. No free version
2. And while you are at it, don't pool views. If you listen only to "Baby" by Bieber and only that once (or many times) in that month, then Bieber et al. gets your full $10. Edit: minus fees.
They still do services, but now they are not "organised around services".
