I've been sad and wishing for something new ever since Joyent shut down Triton (which was absolutely fantastic, so much easier to use than the alternatives). Now that DigitalOcean has VPCs it might be considered an alternative, but I haven't had the best experience with their portal or customer support in the past, but maybe I should give them another shot. Other suggestions would be welcome.
